Nick Fontenot came out to our home yesterday and installed a brand new water heater and brought everything up to code in a quick and timely manner. Great price and excellent service. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing a new one (which was not my intention), but ended up doing so. He arrived right on time and left before his approximate time he gave me to complete the job. I highly recommend this company and Nick in particular!
I put in an inquiry late Monday evening and received a call that same night confirming my needs. Plumbers were at my house first thing the next morning and the issue was resolved that day. BJ was very helpful and professional. He explained the process, necessary steps and applicable regulations in detail. I now have a brand new main sewer line and truly feel that I understand what was done and why. I have already recommended Benjamin Franklin to one friend and will continue to do so in the future.
I had an occasion to call a plumber and since I had used Benjamin Franklin before I called and was greeted by a very happy voice who made an appointment for me. When the plumber Mike arrived with a smile and friendly hand shake he went to work and gave me an estimate first and then set to fixing my problem toilets. Since he did such a great job on my first problem he is coming back to replace my water heater. Thanks Mike for a job well done.
I just want to say Thank You to DJ, Kaleb & Finn, especially Kaleb and Finn for not only doing a great job on fixing my shower but also walking me through the steps to fix it and make sure it was fixed. All were on time all three times they had to show up to my home, they were pleasant and respectful and funny. All my plumbing needs will forever be handled by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Thank you guys again, you rock!
