During your annual Benjamin Franklin Plumbing visit, a licensed technician walks your entire plumbing system and completes a full home safety inspection. - The agreement is valid for one year
- To cancel, a written Notice of Termination must be received at the local office by mail, text, or email
- Allow up to two weeks after receipt for termination processing
- A refund will not be issued if you refuse to schedule your visits
- Any refunds authorized by management after a year are handled case by case and will be reduced by any previous discounts given
